Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition andrevenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible formaximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the uppermanagement. Formulating a compelling annual plan, enabling a culture of execution to drive new customer acquisition,expanding existing ones and ensuring high retention rates on existing accounts. Supporting direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings. Ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training newReps on the sales process. Identifying new opportunities in industry verticals and driving expansion into them Cross-functional engagement with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success and HR. Managing the AEs to help drive and close both strategic/complex deals as well as regular run rate deals. Weekly, monthly, quarterly forecast meetings, business reviews, monitoring of the sales activity of the team,and tracking of results.Responsibilities Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the assignedregion/market using modern tools. Do rigorous research on companies to assess opportunities Strike and initiate conversations, set up meetings & demos with relevant personas of companies you areprospecting. Identify and implement the right sales techniques to close the deals. Maintaining a strong relationship with the client and advising them on issues related to the market andoffering solutions on the same. Build a culture of performance and accountability within the SDR team, taking ownership for consistentlyachieving individual and team objectives and quot Be the face of Innogent and pitch the company and our products to the prospects.Education/Experience5+ years of software sales experience overall (Individual contributor and management) Consultative sales skills and ability to construct and articulate strong business case and ROI, strategicaccount planning and execution skills. Proven record of sales success in past roles. Excellent presentation and listening skills. Bachelors DegreeRequirements: 5 to 10 years of business development experience in IT and Software Development industry. Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced,performance-driven environment. Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively.
