Job Description

    Sales OfficerResponsibilities
    • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers. Developing in-depth knowledge of company products
    • Ensuring company targets are achieved on a monthly basis consistently
    • Visiting potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases
    • Maintaining healthy and fruitful relationships with both Company Super Stockiest/ Depot and Distributors
    • Ensuring company payments are received in a timely manner
    • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales
    • Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience
    • Analyzing competitors products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success
    • Work in an environment of collaboration and efficient and effective sales achievement methodologies
    • Ensuring accurate reporting is done on a daily basis of the secondary sales made in the market
    Sales Officer Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in business administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred. Up to 12th standard
    • Proven sales experience
    • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills
