Job Description

    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Architect at ARCHNINETIES. The Senior Architect will be responsible for architectural design, project management, and software integration. The role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams and overseeing the development and execution of architectural projects.Key Responsibilities- Lead architectural design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to client requirements, budgetary constraints, and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and feasible design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional objectives. Provide expertise in architectural planning, site analysis, spatial design, and material selection to optimize project outcomes and enhance overall project value. Oversee the preparation and presentation of architectural drawings, models, and specifications, utilizing industry-standard. software and techniques to communicate design intent effectively. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of building sites, existing structures, and environmental factors to inform design decisions and mitigate potential challenges or risks. Mentor and supervise junior architects and interns, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment conducive to professional growth and development. Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and construction, integrating relevant advancements into project workflows and methodologies. Coordinate with project managers and construction teams throughout the construction phase to ensure alignment with design intent, quality standards, and project timelines. Serve as a liaison between clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders to address any concerns or issues that may arise during the design and construction process. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, exhibiting a commitment to excellence and integrity in all aspects of architectural practice.Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Professional licensure (or in the process of obtaining) as an architect. Min. 2 years of experience into Architect designing. Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk 3ds max, BIM and Blender. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients. Project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions. Leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges. Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.Work Nature-Hybrid/On-site6 day working (Mon-Sat)Salary- 30k to 50k per month (depending on the skills and experience).Location- Hybrid ( preferably Indore, M.P ,
