Job Description

    Responsibilities: Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss hiring needs on a consistent basis; Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, setting clear goals and expectations. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting technical schools, colleges, employment agencies, social media, and internet sites; Developing and implementing cost-effective recruitment strategies for the Company using metrics and trend analysis to determine the best applicant sources and maintain appropriate applicant flow; Participates in job/career events to promote the organization and evaluate potential candidates for job opportunities; Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; attending job fairs, using social media and relevant internet sites; Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing. responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements; Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications; Improves organization attractiveness by recommending and monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks of the Company; Creates and manages intern/CO-OP program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns; advising managers on training and coaching (with HR); Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; and conducting training as needed.Qualifications: Bachelors degree 12 years of experience of talent acquisition experience Phone Skills, Recruiting, Interviewing Skills, People Skills, Supports Diversity, Employment Law, Results Driven, Professionalism, Organization, Project Management, Judgment Skills; A strong sense of urgency and initiative, Can-do attitude; Be a team player with the ability to be diplomatic, take direction, work under pressure and tight deadlines; Flexibility to shift work priorities and adapt to an ever-changing environment; Accommodate operational and business needs as needed without reservationNucleusTeq cultureOur positive and supportive culture encourages our associates to do their best work every day.
