Job Description

    Name of the Position- Talent Management Executive5 Days Working (Weekends Off)Day Shift Any 9 Hours 15 Minutes Shift, between 09:15 am and 08:30 pm ISTLocation -Indore (Onsite)Expected Joining Date- ImmediateMain Roles and Responsibilities:The role will be responsible for handling the end-to-end process of recruitment with multiple clients. Responsibilities include:
    • Draw search plans for client requisitions to build candidate pipelines.
    • Identify candidates to fill vacancies through job portals, cold calling, internet recruiting, referral generation, social networking etc.
    • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and reference checks.
    • Manage candidate pool effectively to increase utility rate across multiple clients by using recruitment tools.
    • Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery.
    • Build market intelligence on specific industry verticals to assist in sourcing and client advisory activities.
    • Ensure overall productivity and efficiency within the team.
    • Engage Sr. candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations.
    • Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers.
    • Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle Roles and Responsibilities
    Requirements:
    • Must have excellent Communication skills.
    • Must have 1-3 years of experience of Domestic IT recruitment.
    • Ability to assess candidates technical skills; identify and match candidates behavioral traits.
    • Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented.
    • Creative and resourceful to provide solutions to both the sales force and clients.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Team player.
