The Analyst will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per procedures set for various reconciliation processes. The primary function of the role is related functions for Reconciliation and process. Ensure accurate, timely and quality delivery of services provided within a risk free controlled environment, to ensure overall client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Complete Business as Usual tasks on time Should require to work with the team to ensure BAU functions are carried out accordingly within the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Regular interaction with break owners for quicker break resolution. Ensure completion/adherence of activity as per standard procedure/key operating procedure. Ensure quality/quantity of processing is maintained as per the SLA Escalate all issues (Age issues) in time, to the appropriate level, to avoid any adverse impact on the business Ensure team work culture is practiced. Key Skills MS Office, Reconciliation, Operations knowledge, Logical thought process Good Financial market Knowledge.
Desirable Skills Understanding of Investment banking and Reconciliation process.
Qualifications Graduates with good academic records
Experience Knowledge of trade life cycle flows across various products
Skills
Good command over English language both written spoken Needs to be a self-driven with significant ability to undertake initiatives.
Strong interpersonal / negotiations skills are required.
