Job Description

* Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Ensure timely hiring of internal team hiring Ensure employee placement of partner hierarchy Coordination with partner SPOC for both LI & GI products Prepare & monitor training roadmap & ensure execution Prepare & monitor Beat plan for ensuring support to the sales team as well as partner RMs for cashiers Reviewing usage of CRM leads & monitor conversion Branch audit of ensuring collaterals/ branding of insurance products to be available at all branches Reviewing sales team prospect base / Slash RTC to drive volumes & ensuring sales call quality Alignment meetings / calls with AOMs / ROMs to drive business Identifying markets to drive product bases campaigns/ contest etc Drive R&R insurance week across locations to ensure cashier / branch activations Sales One App adoption with internal / partner team & monitoring conversions , * 8. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications preferable MBA b) Work Experience 2-3 years minimum of Insurance Industry experience preferably in Agency / DST channel.
