Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
    1. Evaluation of product design /concepts/Drawing for ease of assembly & disassembly using virtual DFA technique
    2. Plant layouts preparation, Design & development of assembly processes, Finalization & development of fixtures, tooling, gauges etc.
    3. Design, Development, procurement, installation and commissioning of assembly & material handling facilities, equipment s
    4. Preparation of Process FMEA, PFD, Control Plans & SOP for new models
    5. Prepare, execute & impart training to manufacturing/QA for new model assembly process
    6. Establish & monitor assembly process during Gen-1/Gen-2/Seeding/Pilot batches
    7. Audits of processes and system during SOVP & support for APPAP closure
    8. Formulation of Mfg. strategy proposals for new product. Workout mfg. investment for new products
    9. Provide input for assembly make Vs. buy proposals
    10. Conduct DFA & ensure implementation of input.
    11. Co-ordination with Plant Team for Initial phase of Productionization
    12. CME SPOC at Plant
    Experience 5-10 years Industry Preferred
