Job Description

    Factory Manager Operation Head Garments TextileQualification: GraduateJob DescriptionFollow up with all Departments to achieve P C D and Deliveries To make plan for cut to finish as per garments process flow Analyze to Critical Paths of style and make proactive plan as per capacity Arrange PPM with all concern dept before bulk start To make Plan for Production & Cutting as per full utilization capacity of factory have 650 machines in-house to make plan cut to pack as per Del Date. To ensure shipment exit as per Del Date Co-ordinate with buying house to arrange Inspections and update production status Working with 5 S system Involved in product safety and broken needle policy Build team work in all departments Update to deviations on daily bases and take proactive action. Responsible for production efficiency and man to machine ratio Plan for all in-house & out house productions activities as per plan Handling production on assembly & Module system Establishing thorough co-ordination with Quality, Cutting, Stitching and Finishing for the right quality and to meet buyers specification To control the rejection percentage and manufacturing cost of garments Handle all Types of Embroideries, Hand Works and Printing Handle manufacturing of Garments Dying Taking care of recruitment & training of human. Training of manpowerKnowledge of shop floor time & method study, specialized machines and work aids, various Quality Parameters & its application.
