Job Description

    Job Location:- Jaipur, RajasthanInterested candidates can share their updated CV on hidden_emailWe are looking for a civil engineer for interior and finishing work.Job Description:
    1. Apply designs and plans to mark out the site, this may include residential, retail, office, or any other projects.
    2. Works as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, supervisors, and subcontractors.
    3. Acting as the main technical adviser on the site for subcontractors, and craftspeople.
    4. Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations
    5. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials
    6. Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
    7. Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers, and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
    8. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities to meet agreed deadlines
    9. Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on-site
    10. Preparing reports as required
    11. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
    Eligibility Criteria:-
    1. Minimum 5-10 years of real estate construction billing experience.
    2. B-Tech in Civil Engineering.
