The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations and strategy. This includes recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role Knowledge of HR best practices, policies. and procedures Experience with recruitment and selection processes Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Professional certification in HR (e.g. SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus,
