Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Trainee who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and youll contribute to making the company a better place to work.If you are passionate about HR domain, then Synoriq is the place for you. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills.The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.What you will do:

  • Posting job openings on various job sites for sourcing
  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
  • Screening candidates at the initial stages
  • Conduct initial phone screens
  • Schedule calls and interviews
  • Manage the calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
  • Supporting and guiding HR management and staff for better organizational development
  • Administrating human resources procedures
  • Preparing internal employee communications regarding attendance
