Job Description

    We are a company involved in manufacturing of roller/idlers for belt/ chain/ pipe conveyors, and screen meshes. We are located in Kotputli, Rajasthan.We are looking for an experienced and dynamic marketing and sales professional with academic background of degree / diploma in mechanical / automobile / production / manufacturing engineering, and experience in marketing, sales, business development in mineral and material handing systems, especially belt conveyors and its components.The incumbent should have an experience of 5-7 years in above-mentioned domain, good networking and communication skills, and willingness to travel within and outside India. He / She should have a valid passport. Being tech-savvy and excellent command over Hindi and English is a must for this job. Knowledge of other regional and foreign language(s) shall be an added advantage.The key responsibilities and deliverables associated with the role shall be -1. Understanding and exploring the target customer segments, customer behavior and preferences.2. Formulating marketing strategy for the segment(s), and its implementation.3. Team development, training, formulating team objectives and goals, motivating and mentoring team to achieve the targets.4. Discussions with customers and addressing their requirements, grievances, and queries.5. Handling / regulating business identity interfaces i.e. website, customer portals, bidding platforms etc.6.
