Job Description

    JOB PROFILE---
    • Planning, negotiating & preparing proposals, and pitching in bids for finalizing of orders and handling its documentation.
    • Looking after a gamut of commercial functions from negotiation to order placement, insurance claim etc. Marinating Stock Control Record to stop over stock of material and surplus supplies.
    • To maintain the inventory level in store dept.
    • Upgrading supplier by regular system & Process audit.
    • Department data capturing and MIS pervasion. Etc
    • Assisting in developing and implementing key procurement strategies of material and purchase schedules for ensuring thatthese strategies and schedules are aligned with organizational objectives. Planning, negotiating && preparing proposals, and pitching in bids for finalizing of orders and handling its documentation. Looking after a gamut of commercial functions from negotiation to order placement, insurance claim etc. Marinating StockControl Record to stop over stock of material and surplus supplies.Vendor Development Identifying and developing vendors for overall benefit in supply chain. Developing Vendor rating enabling strategic purchasing for effective procurement of goods. Evaluating suppliers performance and conducting regular meetings with the vendors to control rejection and making actionplan on rejection. Recommending corrective and preventive measures for any quality-related or other problems at supplier's end. Updatingvendors as per QS-2000 requirements. Upgrading suppliers by regular system && process audits.Operations Management Monitoring department activities as per Q.S. 9000 system, inclusive of vendor rating of monthly performance reports,updating records and M.I.S. Working on initiatives to bring about a reduction in cost levels.
