Scope:The Feed Mill Production Manager reports to the Factory Manager , plans , coordinates , and directvarious activities within production to achieve the set targets. Management of subordinates , ensuring ahealthy and safe working environment , maintaining and monitoring daily and weekly production recordsand preparing monthly performance reports are also under the scope of this position.Duties and Responsibilities:The major responsibilities and target accomplishments expected of the position are as follows Overall management of production and maintenance activitiesRoutine production planningPlanning and execution of periodical , preventive and breakdown maintenance of machineriessuch as Boilers , Pellet Press , Hammer Mill , Bucket elevators , Softener plant etcEnsuring Process Controls as per required specification and to maintain all process Quality .Lead and train the technical staff and operatorsMonitoring the spare parts inventoryPreparation of reports and Maintenance of recordsSubmit innovative ideas to the top management for the continuous growth of the organizationPlan and manage safety and hygiene in factory premisesDesired Candidate ProfileThe incumbent must have the following knowledge , skills and abilities:Education:Mechanical Engineer / Graduate / 3 - 5 years experience in production IndustryCommunication skill in English languageBasic computer skillsExperience in animal feed production industry preferredExperience - 3 years and above,
