Job Description

    We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our organization.As a Quality Assurance Engineer, responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.Roles and Responsibilities:Monitoring of Solar Power Plant civil work construction, Quality checking of site work, and performing inspection of the Project material / Components & Checking/Inspection the Site Execution work.Review and Certification of Quality Control plan and Safety Plan.To monitor every day site execution work, progress & submission of site progress report to HO.Coordinate with civil engineers, mechanical/ electrical engineers, design team, procurement team, engineering technicians of to ensure project is delivered as per technical specification and compliance in accordance to Owner/ Owners Engineer Instruction.Review the Civil drawings, specifications & taking care of. execution of civil work for solar projects on timely manner.Responsible for verifying quality of civil work like boundary wall, control room, Inverter room foundations, all electrical work Structure foundation & equipment foundation related works.Ensure effective implementation of field quality plan as per instruction.Construction mark-up / built drawing to maintain as per the field.Proper coordination with civil contractors for timely execution, inspection and Certification of Method for testing (on-site lab, independent, contractor) construction materials for compliance with applicable codes and specifications, especially for soil compaction, concrete, rebar etc.Maintaining supplier quality records. Maintaining supplier quality relationship with supplier promoting initiative to improve quality,
