Job Description

    You Will Be Responsible For
    1. In-depth understanding of the Rajasthan real estate market.
    2. Organizing data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
    3. Customer handling and organizing site visits for prospective customers.
    4. Supporting the sales teams key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
    5. Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives, and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
    6. Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
    7. Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts.
    8. Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
    9. Participation in company events and exhibitions (regional, national and international).
    10. Tap corporate clients for generating bulk deals and NRI clients for international sales.
    Desired Skills
    1. You have at least 4-5-years of experience in real estate sales only.
    2. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
    3. You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
    4. You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    5. You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
