Job Description

Reporting to: Area Sales ManagerJob Location: JaipurKey Responsibilities: Own and deliver on sales revenue goals - Manage and grow existing customers base Acquire new customers through active prospection Implement the sales action plan, review and analyses variances periodically and initiating corrective actions to ensure achievement of targets Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Regular Collection of sales realization and reconciliation of outstanding Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve market presence Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teamsCandidate Profile: Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in Sales in Nutraceutical, Pharma and FMGC Industry Strong negotiation and sales skills with an ability to communicate across different levels Good communication & interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively Experience with customer service and good problem-solving skills
