Job Description

    Leading Healthcare, Wellness and fitness provider with fully owned Digital Consultation Services looking for dynamic sales profiles to lead in Bancassurance segment.Job Profile :1)Own the sales target of mapped branches / regions of distribution partner (NBFC /Bank).2)Conduct regular ground level engagement && training sessions with Sales team of distributionpartner.3)Keep track of and drive sales initiatives, contests, new product launches etc.4)Create visibility, top of mind recall for company among distribution partners to drive sales.5)Act as one point contact for the branches / region, taking ownership of anyprocess/product/service issues6)This is a field sales role, without any work from home and frequent travel to distributionpartners branches (local / domestic) is a must.Minimum Requirment :1)Graduation preferred, but not a must for outstanding candidates.2)2 to 5 years of experience as a relationship officer working in Bancassurance channel of any insurancecompany.3) Only candidate who is currently working in BANKASSURANCE channel can apply for this opening.4)Ability to build relationships based on trust && respect with distribution partners branch and regionaloffice managers / sales leaders.5) The maximum offer CTC will be Rs.6 Lacs
