• Overall3 9 years of SFDC experience Salesforce Admin &Platform Developer. Certifications is a must .
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customizations and integrations with knowledge of Governor limits, Lightning UI and Apex, Data Model skills .
• Skilled with Community Cloud ,Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, Process Builder, Workflow, Visual Flows and related tools Workbench, data loader etc.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, systems engineering and business process re-engineering.
• In-depth Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (especially Service Cloud) business processes combined with a solid understanding of Salesforce.com Tools and Apps that support the Sales & Marketing Functions.
• Knowledge of integration, data migration, including data capture, warehousing, segmentation, mining, storing, cleaning, and security.
• Skilled on web services: JSON, XML.
