Job Description

    Job Description
    1. Estimation of BOQ for Civil Projects, managing budgets and project resources, verifying the quantities as per BOQ after the execution of project. Discussion with purchase team to identify new vendors and technical evaluating for the project and reducing the overall cost.
    2. Maintenance and upkeep of building and Estate and structural test/evaluation and submission of reports to Corporate. Maintain database for the open point list and reviewing it.
    3. Projects related to Corporate Social Responsibility
    4. Assessment of Contractor and management and driving contractor towards safety culture
    5. Compliance as per ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 and preparation of HIRA activities and risk assessment
    6. Layout planning of machines as per requirement and submission of reports to government agencies
    ,
