    • Position: Service Officer
    • Salary Package: 2.50 to 3.5 LPA + Other benefits

    • Time : 11 AM to 4 pm.

    Job Description of Service Officer
    • Outbound call, voice process and tele sales
    • On Boarding Management for Banks Customers
    • Engage with assigned portfolio of Bank customers for service and deepening relationship
    • Customer interactions to be duly updated in Bank system for audit trail and reference to future interactions
    • Deepening of customer portfolio level benchmarks
    • Manage Issues and Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts
    • Enhancing customer wallet size
    • Profiling Customer to increase wallet share Engaging to capture customer banking habits and inducing to make Yes Bank as primary relationship
    • Ensuring customer scoping being done with need based products suggested as hooks for deepening relationship Ensuring that customer scope is done and products targeted accordingly
    • Service to Sales approach established for deepening relationship with family members and associates which have been grouped together
    • -Acquisition of New To Bank Customers:
    • To acquire new to bank customers from leads generated through marketing channel and various campaigns.
    Hiring Process:
    • The hiring process is quite simple : There are 2 rounds of interview: HR Round & Ops Round.
    • Both the interviews are conducting Face to Face at Corporate Office and once the candidate is shortlisted, offer letter is released for the same on mail.
    • Fresher with excellent commutation skills or 6 months exp in customer service.
    • Should possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Candidate should have good people handling skills.
    • Candidate should have good analytical skills.
    • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point
