Function Operations Pay Band E4 to M2 Role As the TM - MAINTENANCE (FRAME PLANT) you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to the Section Head - Maintenance (Frame & Engine Plant). The purpose of your role will be to manage Assembly line reducing the Breakdown frequency and hours to ensure smooth functioning by eliminating the hindrance to production. A purpose driven role for you Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:1. Manage Assembly line ensuring zero breakdowns2. Ensure availability of Spares & consumables to avoid production loss.3. Promote innovation and implement the kaizen.4. Shop floor management through skill up-gradation to improve overall effectiveness.5. Ability to compile and review the department activities6. Follow safe practices across the plant to maintain all legal requirements, safe & healthy working condition A Day in the life Smooth line start-up in the morning. PM/CBM of Machines/Equipment. Breakdown Analysis. (5-46, 5-47, Phenomenon sheet, Breakdown sheet, Why-why analysis) and Daily MIS preparation. Idea Generation and its implementation. Planning & execution of Imp Projects as identified from department MPCP sheet. Continuos meeting with team members. Partcipation of each individual team members in suggestion. Academic Qualification & Experience B.Tech in Elecetrical / Mechanical with 5-8 Years of experience Technical Skills/Knowledge 1. Maintenance and Projects Assembly equipment2. Maintenance and Projects Conveyors & PLC3. Maintenance and Projects SQA lab equipment4. Experience of IMS (ISO & OHSAS) & Documentation5. Experience of TPM Behavioural Skills 1. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.2. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.3. Strong supervisory and leadership skills4. Behavioral Based Safety Approach5. planning and decision making.
