Dear Candidate,We have an opening for the Assistant Manager (Sales) positionJob Title: Assistant Manager (Sales)Location: JaipurReporting to: CEOJOB PURPOSE: To maximize Revenue, Profitability, and Customer Satisfaction through data analysisPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: 1) Setting up the entire Distribution setup (Appointment of distributor and its distribution - network in the given area and maintaining the core value and idea of the approach set by the company). 2) Setting up of Retail Strategies. 3) Creation of reporting system and Business intelligence reports. 4) Dealer inquiry resolution and training. 5) Providing management with detailed market feedback on the ongoing trend of respective businesses in the assigned area and their opportunity to develop. 6) Studying the intricacies of the trade and its way of developing approach. 7) Educating the distributors on focusing on single brand business and its way of approaching the trade. 8) Capitalize the ongoing trend of Party orders. 9) And above all making the trade and customer believe in M/s TESCAs commitment to product quality, to trade in terms of availability and timely delivery, and good service support. 10) Strictly adhering to various SOPs of the organization.
