    Zonal Sales Manager - Rajasthan (Telecom/FMCG) - 5+ yearsIndustry - Telecom / ISPCategory - Sales & MarketingJob Type - Permanent Job Description - This is a sales lead role for the overall portfolio of the business for Rajasthan as a region.Client Details :Our client is a leading major in telecommunications looking to build on their zonal circles. This is a sales leadership profile that would oversee the P&L of the entire portfolio as well as the team and activations for the region.Description :The incumbent would report into the Circle Head and be responsible to: - Design, plan and implement all store related activities to ensure revenue growth- Review retail channel health & take necessary actions to drive width, depth and quality of channel- Drive Gross additions, Quality sales metrics, NPS & compliance to regulatory norms in terms of customer acquisitions- Coordinate & plan with the deployment team- Ensure customer Satisfaction by keeping a check on complaints- Custodian of overall business and connectivity of the zone- Cascade / governance with the direct/indirect teams- To have minimum attrition and maximum engagement scores- Provide leadership pipeline at a national levelProfile:The successful candidate should have:1. 5+ years of sales/trade marketing experience2.
