Job Description

    Job Title: IT HelpdeskLocation: New Port Area,Kakinada-533003.Job Type: FulltimeRoles and Responsibilities:
    • Providing IT Support for all Users through service Helpdesk Tool. Every incident should be registered here.
    • Preventive Maintenance Report submission for CCTV Setup verifying with camera stored footage, Biometrics Machines, Door Access.
    • Maintaing IT Asset hand over file (User acknowledgement documents).when ever IT[things issuing to Users and same should be maintained in Inventory file.Server/Network/WLC/Access point Device/Printer /Scanner.if any spare.,
    • Raising Complaints to ISP vendor when ever Internet line is down and same needs to be maintained in Excel Sheet.complaint ID. Date Total down time hrs and cc To Team.
    • New Cartridges booking and consumption details to be maintained in excel sheet departmet, date printer name.
    • Procuring IT prepherals after followed approval matrix.
    • New laptop and desktop preparation for new joiners.Like OS installation, necessary Data transfers, etc.
    • Daily MomingEvening Head Office Server Room Temperature check and maintaining same in server room
    • All IT regular monthly expesense bills VsPayment UT details maintaing in ExcelSheet. All ISP, Service Vendors.
    • Reseting AD User Whenever there is required
    • Monthly Report Submission
    Requirements:
    • should be able to communicate in English, Hindi and local Language too.
    • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
    • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
    • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
    • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
