Responsibilities To supervise and inspect all incoming and ready to be dispatched material Monitoring the quality on production line periodically. Continuous evaluation of production processes to suggest betterment of quality standards Assess quality issues and evaluate and discuss possible solutions Handling customer complaints for any quality issues, conducting root cause analysis and making corrective and preventive measures in consultation with Production and Design Development team Responsible for making specifications of Raw materials and their testing procedures Responsible for making quality control systems for new products. Responsible for handling the QC Department staff allocation for various tasks to suit the company requirements of maintaining the quality and delivery requirements of the materials. Responsible for managing the QMS, various certifications, accreditations & calibrations. Responsible for maintaining the test laboratory and recommending improvements. Training Quality Control personnel on regular basis. Competencies To have an aptitude and instinct about Quality. Knowledge on different Quality Standards. Knowledge and understanding on various QMS especially ISO 9001-2015, AS 9100 Rev. D, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BA 9000-2016 and ISO 17065-2015. Documentation Skills. Well versed with MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power Point and other presentation tools. Good English Communication Skills both Oral & Written. ,
