Job Description

    Business AnalystExp : 7+ YearsKey responsibilitiesBe a connecting dot between IT Project Dpt. and Business functions.Requirement understanding, gathering & analysis and Documentation.Preparation of Business requirement Document (BRD).Preparation of Test Plans and UAT execution.Evaluate customization and issues; build recommendations of go or no-go decisions.Turn incomplete, conflicting or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.Work with Business, Finance, Credit, Risk and other functions to ideate and incorporate Technology Solutions that address company objectives.Change management, Release Management.Desired Skills and ExperienceOverall, 7 to 10 years of in understanding business process management and business requirements of the product and translating them to specific functional (FRDs) and non-functional requirement documents and BRDsAccurately defined dependencies, constraints, assumptions and risksWorked collaboratively with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) by facilitating process reviewsProven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role.Strong portfolio of design projects, project management and research.Proficient in design software (e.g., Figma, UXPin, Balsamiq)Prepare plan for the programmers Requirements Phase at stream levelAssist with Functional Testing in UAT by writing Functional Test Cases and maintaining RTMsPresent / articulate / position an idea compellingly and ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
