Job Description

JOB DETAILS Assign weekly roster, manage employee attendance, week offs and leaves Responsible for visual merchandising of the store Ensure cleanliness of the store at all times by reinforcing tasks with housekeeping SOPs need to be strictly followed and enforced with team members Responsible for inventory management and tracking along with monthly stock checks Keep track and follow up on customer requirements and special orders Emails need to be sent and followed up on regularly with warehouse team in Bangalore Conduct daily follow-ups with customers Overlook spa operations and manage spa appointments Update KPIs regularly and ensure to meet store targets by motivating team members Team meetings to over targets and strategies need to be conducted every afternoon Sales per square feet needs to be monitored categorically on a weekly basis and rearrangement of stock needs to done accordingly Process returns in case of material damage and creation of debit notes Willingness to learn and work with a new software (Odoo) to pull reports and manage Ensure WhatsApp chats, story and catalogue are updated daily Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions FUNCTIONAL AREA Retail Store Manager, Store Manager, Retail Store, Pet Care Brand, Jobs in Retail Industry, Jobs in Pet Care Industry, Store Management, Store Operations, Retail Operations, Inventory Management, Retail Management, Retail Store Executive, Jobs for Retail Store Manager in Retail Industry, Jobs for Retail Store Manager in Kochi Apply Now,
