We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer specializing in offline branding designs to join our creative team and contribute to the visual identity and brand presence of our company.Position Overview:As a Graphic Designer specializing in offline branding designs, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual assets that effectively communicate a brands message across various channels. You will work closely with the marketing and branding teams to develop creative solutions that elevate the brand and resonate with its target audience.Responsibilities: Develop creative concepts and design solutions for offline branding materials, including but not limited to: Print collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, banners, business cards, etc.) Packaging design Signage and environmental graphics. Merchandise branding. Event materials (backdrops, signage, booth design, etc.) Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience. Translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling designs that align with the companys brand identity and guidelines. Ensure all designs adhere to quality standards, brand consistency, and project timelines. Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate innovative ideas and solutions.Requirements: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer specializing in offline branding designs. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. Ability to think creatively, visualize concepts, and bring ideas to life through design. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail, accuracy, and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with printers, and production vendors, and knowledge of print production processes is a plus.
