Job Description

    Position: Home Delivery LeadJob responsibilities:1. Responsible for Jio Home Delivery (JHD) in JC Operation2. Manage and supervise various outbound channels to ensure high service levels for JHD customers.3. Recruit, train & deploy outbound direct sales agents in JC area as per the given target4. Monitor refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge for agents5. Drive Lead Acceptance & Lead Delivery on a day-to-day basis6. Ensure JC Level Master Configurations on JHD platform: Agents, Stores, PIN Codes, Products7. JC territory planning to ensure 100% manning coverage8. Supervise and manage General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) for Home Delivery9. Propose improvements to ensure an enhanced customer experience10. Monitor and gather competition/industry plan, initiatives, policies, and best practicesSkills & Competencies:1. Knowledge of managing and supervising direct sales teams of 8–10 people,2. Knowledge of product and markets,3. Knowledge of Direct Sales Practices,4. Team Recruitment Skills,5. Target orientation;6.
