Job Description

    Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities
    • Assessing and acquiring the talent required for the company within the required timelines
    • Collaborates with executive leadership to define theorganizationslong-term mission and goals;
    • Identifyways to support this mission through talent management.
    • Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, andRequirements.
    • Researches develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal,
    • and employee incentive programs.
    • Drafting, revising, and enforcing the company policies and SOPs.
    • Employer branding through social media platforms, websites and other platforms to attract talents
    • Providing training, and mentorship for HR team members to perform their roles well.
    • Evaluating the training requirement of each employee and providing the same for their CareerDevelopment
    • Managing the entirelife cycle of an employee from Onboarding to Offboarding
    • Facilitate employee rewards and recognition programs, team-building activities, etc.
    • Overseeing the effective implementation of the Performance Appraisal review process at regular
    • Intervals Facilitating regular People pulse sessions to take proactive actions
    • Create a positive winning culture and improve employee engagement.
    • Consolidates and analyzes employee feedback and suggestions for improvement.
    • Provide expertise and offer advice to employees in areas like career planning, employee relationships, strategic development etc.
    • Mentoring managers and senior team to lead their teams better
