About the team: Drives and Grows the Revenue for ones portfolio of accounts in the region, through variouspayment and merchant services. About the Role: The person should be capable of increasing the sale of EDC machines through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations. Expectations/ Requirements: 1. Responsible for supervising and leading a team of Key Account Managers. 2. Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes. 3. Supporting sales teams to improve their performance and reach targets. 4. Develop deep understanding and hold over each account that any competitor finds it an uphill task toeven enter the account. 5. Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts. 6. Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Key Skills Required: 1. 11-16 Years of experience in team handling and merchant acquisition. 2. Should be self driven and motivated. 3. Identify and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network. 4. Should have good exposure in cold calling, pre sales and lead generation. 5. Should be a graduate. 6. Should possess good communication and negotiation skills to handle the key accounts.
