    • Achieve the given sales target as per respective routes.
    • Supervision Stock and cold room operations.
    • Educate and motivate the Sales team with briefing periodically.
    • Support team in marketing and Sales activities.
    • Maintain and record periodically Sampling and marketing activities.
    • Control outstanding following company guidelines and protocols.
    • Sharing the report to the senior or Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) as per requirements.
    • Develop and penetrate new markets.
    • Ensure the record and maintenance of the company Asset.
    • Communicating well with all staff.
    • Management of other center operations.
    • Helping the special tasks if any.
    Work experience: 3 to 4 Years (FMCG experience is preferable)Qualification: Graduate or MBASpecial Skills:
    • Local candidate.
    • The punctual, lead, and motivating team, good communication, and proficient in MS Office knowledge.
    • Candidate must have good command over English and the local language.
    • Male Candidatewith pleasant personality, good communication skills (English & Hindi), good computer knowledge, andmust have two-wheeler driving license.
