    Leading company engaged in Freight Forwarding in Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Custom Clearance is looking for candidates for Sales/Business Development from BDM to Sales Manager.POSITION : Manager / Deputy / Assistant Manager Sales / BDMDIVISION : Freight ForwardingLOCATION : Mumbai , Pune, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Chennai, Cochin, Coimbatore, Hubli, Goa, Kolhapur.REPODRTING TO: Regional Manager / Business Head SalesAGE : 25 to 45yrsSALARY : Best in the Freight Forwarding Industry, Negotiable.JOB SUMMARY:Responsible to focus on increasing sales and retaining Key customers along with leadership roleQUALIFICATIONS:Education and/or Experience requirements: Min. Graduate, Master Degree or Diploma in Marketing or International tradeMinimum 3+ years of working experience for Sales Executive level in same Freight Forwarding Industry and min. 5-8 yrs. of working experience for DM / AM level.Noticeable track record in Sales & Marketing and Business Development.Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Abilities: Sound knowledge of all freight forwarding products (Air Import/ Export & Ocean Export & Import), Custom Clearance.Good knowledge of the Local Market and Competitors.Good interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent customer focusing skills.Good team player, possess good Leadership skills: able to direct, supervise and manage a Sales ForceResults driven mindsetProficiency in English and local languageJOB DESCRIPTIONS:Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Achieve Sales budgets , Implement Sales ProcessesSorting out customer related issues / handling escalationsDelivering the budgeted GP every month.Follow-up with customers for payments.
