Job Description

UK&I Markets BMC Marketo Support (GDS)This is a fantastic opportunity to join EY as a Senior Associate in our UK&I Markets Support Team which is at the heart of EY s ambitious growth strategy. The team is responsible for working with our clients and EY colleagues to maintain and improve EY s brand, develop new and innovative ways of addressing and connecting with client issues as well as to identify and coach new revenue opportunitiesThe Opportunity:The role supports the UK Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team reporting into the BMC Campaign Managers.Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for all BMC campaign related queries regarding the use of Marketo
  • Ensuring new BMC joiners are given the appropriate Marketo introduction and training required to use the system. Logging all new joiners and helping manage their training journey
  • Running BMC specific Marketo refresher training
  • Responsible for managing the data cleanse of BMC campaign client data lists prior to uploading in to Marketo and the ongoing housekeeping of lists already ingested in the system
  • Ensuring all UK client lists appear in the right instance of Marketo (eg: UK) when they are uploaded
  • Ensuring that campaign managers are adhering to the folder and naming structure when using Marketo
  • Reviewing client journeys within Marketo and recommending when a client becomes engaged and notifying account teams so that they can identify a relationship manager and add that contact to Mercury
  • Ensuring consistency between data in Mercury and Marketo checking that change reports are regularly being made and carrying out spot checks
  • Managing any list upload conflicts (if client data has already been uploaded by another country check and update fields)
  • Answering queries from the account teams about activity relating to clients and client groups (only associated with BMC campaigns)
  • Keeping stack account and channel information fields up to date when they change
  • Ensuring that all BMC Marketo templates are kept up to date should there be any brand changes/additions
  • Creating new Marketo campaign newsletter/one off mailings/event invitations templates with campaign managers and MAB as and when they are required
  • Liaising with the Cvent and On24 team to make sure integrations are managed seamlessly and notifying BMC of any changes to processes
  • Keeping a log of all subscription forms and their owners, regularly reviewing and archiving as and when a certain campaign has finished
  • Monitor contacts coming through on the subscription centre and making sure the automated process of those contacts signing up to future mailings is happening
  • Cleansing the data that comes in from the subscription centre adding additional fields such as Industry, role, department, channel, stack to ensure smart lists can include all contacts
  • Management analytics and reporting for Markets/BD/BMC Leadership/Risk (reports to be defined)
  • Liaising with the risk team to make sure Marketo use complies with any developments to do with GDPR and risk management
  • Point of contact for the central MAB team in case of any queries regarding UK&I BMC campaigns and mailings
  • Joining all Marketo global calls to hear about updates to the system, processes and templates and then relaying to the BMC campaign and GDS teams
  • Supervising Marketo related activities undertaken by other GDS team members and providing coaching and feedback on performance
  • Work closely with and oversee the L1 analyst aligned to BMC, providing direction on the measurement and metric reporting requirements of the team
Key Skills/Experience Required
  • A background or experience in Marketing and Marketing Automation
  • Proven supervisory experience and the willingness to grow in this area
  • Ability to analyse large datasets and to write comprehensive reports
  • An analytical mindset and inclination for problem-solving
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills Previous experience and proven ability to read, understand and sanitize the data, build reports/dashboards using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau and using Microsoft Excel and provide insights from the data, excellent data handling skills, capable of identifying probable areas of automation and implementing them
  • Project coordination Capable of engaging in effectively multiple stakeholders, understanding the objectives of their programs/initiatives
  • Work under minimal direction/supervision - Be accountable for projects assigned, take complete ownership and drive projects end to end
  • Business acumen and Adaptability Capable of quickly understanding the needs of the business and be able to align with changing customer expectations
  • Quick learner - Ability to grasp or quickly understand the process, objectives / intricacies of projects and move to delivery mode in a short span
  • Process improvement Identify opportunities to optimise processes
  • Attention to detail - Utmost importance to numbers, formatting etc
  • Multi-tasking capability - Effective time management and prioritization
