Job Description

    SENIOR EXECUTIVE - HR/ADMIN - JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR/Admin Executive to join our team at Codework Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, with expertise in recruitment, generalist activities, payroll, and administrative tasks.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring talented individuals.Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees.Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office.Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.Coordinate with the CSEZ and accounts team.Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, in compliance. with company policies and relevant laws.Be accountable for ensuring full compliance with labor laws, including but not limited to Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), and other relevant statutory requirements.Facilitate the onboarding and exit processes and serve as the SPOC for all HR and administrative activities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.ESSENTIALS TO HAVE3 years of relevant work experience in the IT industry.In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.Knowledge of ISO 27hidden_mobile standards will be an added advantage.Proficiency in payroll processes, generalist HR activities, and administrative tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
