1)Deliver and implement HR policies and services consistently, working with HR Business Partners to co-ordinate across the region.2)Play an active role in employee engagement activities; understand local business context, issues and challenges and deliver solutions to enhance productivity performance and lead employee advocacy on people agenda at each site in the region.3)Ensure basic Admin & HR deliverables- Ensuring basic associate amenities, transport (HoH, Bus), and pantry and engagement initiative related support for RegionKey job responsibilitiesCollaborate with HR support functions and Agencies (Contractors) to ensure transactional issues (including running site initiatives, grievance management etc.) are managed effectively. Collaborate with corporate and HR regional leaders to ensure implementing of new initiatives and all HR event of the year of the year are handled on ground in timely manner.2. Assist business HR managers in planning headcount requirements at site level (CWR & FTE s)3. Ensure HR Compliance of each site and manage proactive ER initiatives (FGD s, VOA tracking, ER assessment & actions).4.Processing and auditing of Contractor Services and Invoices at regional level.5.Basic supplies Uniform, pantry, lockers, etc.6.Site Infra audit and closures on basic facilities for employees7.Site Compliance record updates and execution on actions8.Engagement Activities Birthday celebration, Monthly Learning Activity, Reward & Recognition or any other events to be organized for associate experience.9.Support in managing associate feedback and monitor the closures VOA, FGD s, Agency Connect, etc.10.Attend all emergencies at site pertaining to HR services11.Vendor management/Cafeteria managementAbout the teamThe incumbent will be part of Site HR Team for the biggest fulfillment center in eastern region of India., 1)Minimum Graduation.2)Excellent command on excel and cost saving initiatives3)Experience in logistics desirable and the experience in courier industry highly preferred4)People management experience.
