Responsibilities:
  • Creation and development of different analytical solution models based on client requests on platforms like Tableau and Power Bi dashboards and PowerPoint Decks
  • Must have a good understanding of industry specific KPIs, Peer to Peer benchmarking techniques, Perform Custom research and generate actionable insights.
  • Integration of data from different sources, understanding and representation of the data based on client requirements on agreed delivery schedule
  • Coordination and communication with the client teams to procure data, proposals/citations/contracts and negotiate delivery time
  • Consolidation of information received from the various points of contact and arrange for territories, types of values, data sources, nature of information, any other classification, as applicable
  • Compatibility with MS Excel and Power Point functionalities including creation and formatting of advanced charts
  • Ability to solely handle complex benchmarking projects which includes managing client touchpoints and play the role of an ambassador
  • Knowledge of using survey tools Google Forms, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey (knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script an J Query) would be good to have
