    • Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
    • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1Extensive knowledge in administering, troubleshooting upgrading IBM AIX and Virtual I/O Severs VIOS 2Expertise in administering IBM Power Systems and Hardware Management Console HMC including Firmware/Microcode upgrades 3 Ability to work with external Vendors such as IBM to coordinate Hardware Replacements and to troubleshoot issues 4Working proficiency in Incident/Problem/Change management process and procedures 5Able to troubleshoot priority incidents
        • Technical Experience : 1Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in AIX and its HW
        • Professional Attributes : Strong knowledge of IT business processes and practices including ITIL methodology 1Ability to analyze and understand complex technical issues 2Ability to work under pressure 3Ability to proper vendor communication 4Ability to work in large team 5Good presentation skill
        • Educational Qualification : 1Graduate/BTech, 2preferred to have IBM certification and any Public Cloud
      • Additional Information : 7 yrs exp in mentioned technologies
