Job Description

Urgent Opening of Technical ( Application) Support Specialist for MNC Diagnostic Company in Kolkata Location.Company Name MNC Diagnostic CompanyJob Position Technical ( Application) Support Specialist Location- Kolkata Experience Minimum 2 Years Experience in Service Note -Individual Profile and Only Male candidateRoles & Responsibility

  • Service of Diagnostic Equipment like - Semi/Fully Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer, Cell Counter (3-Part), Electrolyte Analyzer, Biochemistry Analyzer, Immunology Analyzer, haematology Analyzer , Urine Analyzer, Serology & Biochemistry Reagents, etc.
  • Training the field sales team and service team on application and troubleshooting to increase technical capability.
  • Assist the field team in Product presentation & demonstration, conducting technical seminars & in house technical presentations, providing product & application knowledge to customers.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and retention through complaint handling/closing in stipulated time and continuous customer education. All open complaints beyond 48 hours to be followed up personally by the product specialist in coordination with the RSM.
  • Conduct application training to customers during fully automatic installations.
  • Work with new sales team members in the first week of field work to provide technical & application training.
  • Meeting customers to promote system packs and controls to them.
