Job Description

Job Objective

  • Develop Non- Indo Indo coal business in Haldia, Paradeep, Dhamra Port.
  • Primary focus on direct sales to in Haldia, Paradeep, Dhamra etc.
  • Reach out to each end user for Sales to increase sales volume

Roles Responsibilities

  • Customer mapping for retail sales Marketing of Indonesian/South african and any other origin of coal
  • Should interact with all customer on daily basis (CRM)
  • Strategise for direct sales to all sector Live information on competitors sales activity, pricing port wise despatch
  • Act as profit centre enhance profitability Preparation of MIS and Contract Management
  • Identify value addition in supply chain implement it. Technology and IT Enablement
  • Well versed in MS ( Word/Excel/PPT) Working on Deal portal and Other related related to Reports KRAs with Outcomes ( Jobs which brings value to the organisation)

  • Ensure target Volume 0.80 MMT
  • Profit USD 1.5 Mn
  • Customer addition along with existing customer base 5 Nos
  • Closure of contract from the date of last despatch or completion of validity of contract 30 days Stake Holders
Qualifications
  • Prefarably MBA ( Marketing ) or BE
  • Experiences: 3 to 4 years of experience in coal marketing in Haldia, Paradeep, Kolkata etc.
  • Soft skills needed.
