Job Role & Responsibility :1). Head the Micro Finance Lending Vertical.2). Identifies / Plans / Develops business viable location for business for Microfinance product. 3). Achieve long term & short-term goals for Product Development as well as Services.4) .Complete P&L responsibility5). Strategic agility to launch and scale New and Used-Vehicle business.6). Expand branches and new business in the market.7). Undertakes market survey to test feasibility and establish.8). Ensures dissemination of learning of new products to the last rung.9). Monitors and maintains the balance between Group Lending / Individual portfolio.Desired Candidate Profile :1). Min 15+ years of experience in the Micro-Finance lending business.2). Must have work experience in both NBFC and Banks. (Especially EAST zone / region). Prior experience in a Small Bank / NBFC will be preferred.3). Good knowledge and end-to-end understanding of MFI product and process.4). Must be hands on with execution of the business on ground.5). - Should be able to build network and work at grass root levels to build the business.6). Should have sound knowledge / experience of viability and profitability of various lending products.7). Should be able to create schemes and products by maintaining up to date information and prevailing trends in the Micro-Finance lending market.8). Should be able to build an operational process for the whole vertical.9). Build business funnel through effective market strategy.10). Should have experience in managing a team.11). Should be willing to work for a start-up and take accountability of P&L of the entire business vertical.,
