Project Management Senior AdvisorYou will be responsible for enabling/creating organizational health management tools in alignment with the strategic roadmap of initiatives. This role would entail working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enable the acceleration of our investments.Join us on our Business Operations and Reporting team to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you ll achieveAs a Tools Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing initial plans, setting budgets, driving project activities, and communicating achievements to the key partners.You will:Play an active role and lead critical projects to improve our global, end-to-end product development organizationOwn multiple stakeholder relationships to develop solutions and influence changeBe responsible for driving key strategic tool development for the organization, being part of a small, focused team, and participating in various extended teamsConduct stakeholder interviews. Heres what we are looking for with this role:Essential RequirementsStrong understanding of corporate finance and human resources managementSolid track record in agile project management and proficiency in PM tools such as Jira and PlanviewAbility to lead large project teams6+ years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; 3+ years with an MBADistinctive problem-solving skills and thought leadership to identify core issues, run complex analyticsand synthesize actionable recommendations within a limited timeStrong influencing skills and ability to build trust-based relationships quicklyMindset and drive to enable truly impactful and transformational initiatives despite roadblocksPassion for learning about the information technology industryEffective project management skills with experience in several project management methodologiessuch as Agile and WaterfallProficiency in collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Smartsheets, Miro, and ConfluenceDesired Requirements
• PMP/PMP-ACP Certification
• CSM/ASM Certification
• Bachelors or Masters in finance or human resources related field
