In this role as a financial analyst, thecandidate has to source all documents related to all debt tranches reported by theissuer on a report date, their funding structure and analyze related covenants likeamortization schedule, guarantees and collaterals. The analyst will perform specifiedwaterfall analysis by assessing related covenant protection, debtholders mutualrights and priorities, and any specific clauses/provisions which could impact therisk/return profile of such debt instrument. Provide detailed amortization presentingthe payment schedule of all the debt tranches. Adjusting certain items to debt as perclient instruction. Create Group Chart representing the hierarchy and mappingguarantees in a Chart.Key Responsibilities: The candidate should be committed to achieve team goals and take fullresponsibility towards his work accuracy and timelines given and shouldcommunicate any issues promptly; Work on detailed capital structure in excel and web-based tool for entitiesallotted; Maintenance of log and timesheets. Be open to any other new work or assistance as required by client/ seniors.Qualifications/Experience Required Have completed Masters in Business Administration (Finance)/M. Com or equivalentqualification in Finance/FRMs/CFAs. Preferably fresher or 0-1 years of relevant experienceKey Skills Required Excellent communication and organizational skills. In this role as a financial analyst, the candidatehas to model and test new and existing deals against legal docs/indentures. Updatecomplex structured finance cash flow models over the performance cycle withaccuracy and within the required turnaround time.Key Responsibilities: Model and test new and existing deals against legal docs/indentures Analyse complex structured finance cash flow models. Support senior members of the team with projects to ensure timely completion andeffective execution Deliver timely and error-free models Maintain logs and records as per project specifications Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with project requirements Assist with special projects.Qualifications/Experience Required Commerce graduate Have completed Masters in Business Administration (Finance)/M.
