  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Provide day to day operational support for the Firewall Management Service 2 Advance level knowledge of Fault Management like Identify and Classify Fault, Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution 3 Should have very good experience of software patch management to manage the Firewall patch management cycle, patch testing and deployment of patches on timely basis 4 Candidate should have knowledge of backup and restoration for configuration as per defined backup and restoration
      • Technical Experience : 1: At least 4-7 years experience 2: In-depth working experience in any of PaloAlto, Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, Fortigate and Juniper Netscreen OS and JunOS network firewalls 3: In-depth working experience in managing VPN, Proxy, WAF, IPS , SSL VPN Devices 4: In-depth working experience in managing any of McAfee Endpoint Security, TrendMicro Deep Security, Windows Defender / SCEP, Symantec Endpoint Security and Crowdstrike AV products or any other EDR ATP solutions
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Ability to work independently and as a member of a team 2 Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines 3 Good communication and collaboration skills 4 Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 5 Willing to work in shifts and provide after-hour/weekend support
      • Educational Qualification : 1; Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience
    • Additional Information : 1: ITIL and exposure on Service management 2:Industry certifications on Network Security domains
