Cloud Architect - Red Hat Customer Success (Sweden)Posting Location : Location SE-RemotePosting date 1 day ago(10/24/2022 10:51 AM)Job ID 97221Workday ID R-028695Category Consulting About the job The Red Hat Customer Success team is looking for a Cloud Architect in Sweden to join our region North Architect team. In this role, you will work as a subject matter expert in Red Hat s infrastructure and cloud technology. Youll answer questions about best practices around automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover setups and lead the on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat s technology that delivers freedom, flexibility, and outstanding performance. As a Cloud Architect, you will gain an understanding of our customers infrastructures, and business issues and you will make recommendations appropriate to their environments. This is a great opportunity to build on your core base of knowledge and work in a fast-paced environment promoting Red Hat s solutions.The job can be offered in Denmark, Finland or Norway too with the local citizenship and language skills. What you will do
• Serve as a customer advocate, designing the right solutions and ensuring that they are implemented and supported in an innovative and reliable way
• Deliver successful discovery, analysis, and design workshops for small to medium teams of both technical and non-technical backgrounds that shape and inspire customer use cases and architecture design decisions
• Scope delivery projects and guide customers through successful pilot and production deployments
• Design, create, and deliver content that will enable the broader Red Hat organization to sell, service, and support our cloud and infrastructure solutions at scale
• Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale Red Hats services capabilities, promote repeated customer engagements, and lower delivery risks
What you will bring
• Prior experience working in a consulting role; ability to deliver in one-on-one assignments
• Good customer-facing skills; ability to present to customers and lead customer interactions
• Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies on a delivery level
• Experience implementing container technologies in an enterprise setting and with enterprise-wide deployments
• Knowledge of one or more Red Hat s infrastructure solutions like Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform
• Understanding of the open source community
• Excellent problem-solving and planning skills
• Willingness to travel across the region, in line with Red Hat s COVID-19 guidelines
• Excellent written and verbal language skills in English and Swedish
• Swedish citizenship
The following are considered a plus:
• Experience onboarding applications and application teams onto cloud or container platforms introducing DevOps, continuous delivery (CD) and application lifecycle management, and GitOps
• Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) certification
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification
