Job Description

Our company is 30+Yrs old company has been engaged in worldwide sourcing and distribution of recyclable and reusable plastics, paper, metal and rubber, giving a second life to 1.7 Million Tons of recyclable material. its head office in Antwerp, Belgium with a resource base of over 220 specialists worldwide, operating in 33 offices located in 26 countries with multiple affiliate offices spread over Americas, Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia.Role & Responsibilities :Planning & Allocation:

  • Match the Sales and Purchase
  • Decide the most valuable territories for sales
  • Allocation of Geographies
  • Ensure all shipment of lose are done on approval basis
  • Manage documentation of IMP Containers
Sales Process Management
  • Planning Loadings
  • Working on improvising Logistics Solution within team
  • Control of sales receipts.
Troubleshooting
  • Coordination and instruction to team to align with goals.
  • Controlling and setting systems within team
  • Customer Claims handling and checking under instruction
  • Intervene to resolve issues related to delays in transport by pushing the logistics teams and shipping line if required and ensure customer is kept informed at all times
  • Tracking the shipment in risk and ensure it gets cleared
  • Ensure POE Approvals are done on time, by timely escalation and resolution issues
  • Have a control on the overdue receivables
  • Ensure all the shipping docs and created and issued as per the timelines
D&D
  • Control D&D cases
  • Complete accountability of Demurrage and Detention at Destination
MIS
  • MIS on daily Sales Funnel, Report Status,
Team Engagement
  • Conduct joint meetings, Open house meetings with employees to ensure better employee listening and undertake measures to address areas which will improve engagement
  • Conduct and use daily/weekly gatherings to energise employees for superior performance
Team Performance
  • Accept full accountability of all team members who are for their performance, development & growth
SOPs and SLAs
  • Creation SOP for all pre-sales & post sales activities
  • Sign SLAs with documentation, logistics teams to assure superior service delivery standards
Continuous Improvement
  • Proactively bring improvements to your day-to-day work through better processes, automation and thinking out of the box
