Job Description

At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.Our client, a global consulting firm, is looking for a consultant to support them on an Upstream Project with an Oil and Gas client. Responsibilities:1. Assess production management capability and identify gaps and weaknesses2. Deliver critical missing components of an end-to-end integrated solution3. Deploy processes and cyclical workflows to optimize performance4. Monitor remedial activity to quantify the value delivered against predicted benefitsKey experience needed:1. Previous experience working on upstream production improvement projects in the Oil & Gas industry is mandatory2. 4-10 years of experience in industry/consulting3. A postgraduation degree from a top-tier university is mandatory4. Excellent communication skillsThe initial role will be on a 12-month contract which can be converted to a full-time role with the consulting firm based on performance. The selected consultant would need to travel to the client site in Delhi and Gurgaon every week (once the situation allows).,
