    Dear,Have an Opening for Contracts Manager with Leading Construction CompanyLocation: Surat,Kolkata,odisaShould have excellent knowledge on Contract Management (FIDIC, Construction Laws, Indian Contract Act, Arbitration, etc.)Good knowledge on Quantity SurveyingCandidate must have relevant experience working in Industrial/ EPC ProjectsMust have completed at least one lifecycle of a construction projectShould have prepared and negotiate cost and time claims.Should also have expertise in Pre as well as Post Contract Administration.The candidate would be responsible for effective administration of Contract from award through completion and close outPost award contract management, reviewing and monitoring the activities ensuring that all the terms and conditions of contract are followedRisk Analysis and mitigation-Identifying the exceptions/ deviations/ modifications and processing it as per amendmentsClaim Management-responsible for claim submission for variations and also submission for Extension of Time (EOT) as and when required to the clientReviewing of subcontract agreements.Dispute resolution and arbitrationProject Closure-Development and implementation of project closure process and its analysisInterfacing with clients/customers during contract negotiation & finalization and any other matter that is pertinentIf Interested PL APPLYkindly revert with updated CV proceed on hidden_email for more company details.Pl share your resume, Mentioning BELOW DETAILS-.
